Who we are
Bout Ready is provided by ARX Algorithms Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company number 17511371), Office 21751, 182-184 High Street North, East Ham, London E6 2JA. Contact: [email protected].
By using the app you agree to these terms. If you downloaded it from the App Store, Apple's standard licensed application end user licence agreement also applies.
What Bout Ready is
Bout Ready plans strength and conditioning training for people who do combat sports. It is a coaching tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or clear anyone medically. Please read the medical disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
Who can use it
If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must complete the guardian step during set-up and agree to these terms for you.
Subscriptions and free trials
- Bout Ready Pro is available as a yearly subscription with a 7-day free trial, or a monthly subscription. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is taken by Apple or Google when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price for the same length unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. If we ever change the price, the store will tell you first.
- Cancel any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Deleting the app doesn't cancel a subscription.
- If you cancel during a free trial, you won't be charged. Any unused part of a trial ends when you buy a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Your training is your call
You decide whether, when and how hard to train. Use proper technique, warm up, use safe equipment and listen to your body. Stop and get help if anything feels wrong. Follow your coach's, physio's or doctor's advice, and any licensing body's rules or suspensions, where they differ from the app.
Using the app fairly
Don't copy, resell, reverse engineer or misuse the app or its content, or try to get into anyone else's account. We can suspend accounts that do.
Our content
The app, its coaching rules, text, illustrations and design belong to ARX Algorithms Ltd or our licensors. Your training records belong to you.
Changes and availability
We improve the app regularly, and features may change. We'll try to keep it available, but can't promise it will always be free of interruptions or errors.
Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit. Otherwise, we're responsible only for loss or damage that was a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Bout Ready in the 12 months before the claim. We're not responsible for business losses.
Ending
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may end these terms if you seriously break them.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
